Shipping and returns

- We usually ship the products within 3-4 days after the order is placed, and have them delivered within 7-10 days.

- We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above Rs 1000. For orders below Rs 1000, we charge a flat shipping charge of Rs 100.

- We can gift wrap your orders if preferred. Send us an email with your order ID and request for gift wrap at neelititlee@gmail.com and we will provide complimentary gift wrap for your products.

- We accept returns within one week of delivery provided the products are unworn and the tags and labels are intact. Write back to us at neelititlee@gmail.com and we will do whatever we can to return or exchange the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- In case of damaged/defective products, refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment and it might take anywhere from 7-30 days to receive your refund.
